Our products include stretch film,blow molding, transparent film,embossed films,bonding films,composite films,functional films and double-colored films made of EVA,PEVA,PE,PP,POE,MPE,EAA  etc.Till now our company has had 4 production lines and computer sewing machine,high frequency machine,heat seal machine,gilding press and press machine.The finished products include bike cover,automobile cover,raincoat,suit cover,baby bib,mashing bag,shopping bag,cosmeticbag and many olther kinds of packaging.Our products were mainly sold to America,Japan and European countries.

Feature of our series

1.Embossed series

Embossed films, made of EVA,PE,TPU,PEVA,POE,MPE,PP environment-friendly material and in different kinds of pattern,e.g,diamond effect.If colored,they will be very bright.They feel soft.Thickness is between 0.02-0.4mm and the largest width is 2200mm,which can be made into umbrella ,raincoat,suit cover,medical coat for surgeons,band aids,baby diapers,baby bib,car cover and dust resistant cover etc.

2.Bond series

Bonding films are used to replace the glue ,which are environment-friendly.This methos is widely applied in developed countries.Theoretically all of the glues can be replaced by different bonding films.The bonding films are non-volatile, tasteless and more adhesive.Our bonding films are used in automobiles,appliances and decorating.Our company has experts and equipment to develop new bonding film for our customers.

3.Composite series

Composite films can be composite with single layer or double layer of PP non-woven fabrics,PP cotton,needle -punched cotton, towel cloth, TC cloth and gridding cloth.They can be used to make car cover,baby diapers,coats,houedhold appliances,and quilt cover.

4.Fnuctional series

Our company owns production lines of multi-layer co-extruded cast stretch film,co-extruchded blown films,The products include double-colored film, color-changing films and noctilucent films.

5.Printing series

We have a double-sided corona machine of large power and high uniformity.The printed products are based on  EVA,PE,POE,MPE 

and suitable to color printing and seamless gluing simultaneous corona treatment.
